How do you describe a decision?

Our lives are one big decision making process. Whether we want to or not we wind up making them, even the ones we desperately try to avoid.

Actually decision making has been actively researched, but one little area seems to have been avoided. We have all kinds of lists but there doesn’t seem to be a list about how we describe decisions. Maybe the people in charge of categorizing our lives with lists have been avoiding this one.

Anyway, I’ve started one. Below is a list of words that come to mind that have been used to describe decisions.
